1. Refund Policy

At Moissanite in India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refunds are only available if the product is returned at the time of delivery. Please ensure you check the product with the delivery agent. If you wish to return it, kindly do so immediately. Once the delivery is completed, we will not be able to process any returns.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days after the returned item is inspected.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Products that show signs of wear or damage.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a processing fee of 10% of the order value.
